Shipping
On receipt of order, it is our endeavour to despatch the order at the earliest. Most orders get despatched on the next day of the receipt of order. A few of them might take a day more for packing preparation as per the requirement of product. In some cases, shipping may get delayed because of prevailing condition at vendor’s location. In any case, if any delay is expected for more than 2 days, the customer will be intimated accordingly and if he/she wishes so, order will be cancelled and entire amount will be refunded.
Delivery
Most products are delivered in 2 – 10 days depending upon dispatch and delivery locations. All details for tracking the consignment will be available at customer’s order details in My Account. Deliveries may get affected due to prevailing conditions like, weather, lockdowns, etc. If delivery takes much more than a reasonable time, the customer may ask for cancellation of order and seek refund.
